The Old Testament (#1 Old Testament Overview)

Jacob was left alone; and a man wrestled with him until daybreak. When the

man saw that he did not prevail... he said, “Let me go, for the day is breaking.” But

Jacob said, “I will not let you go, unless you bless me.” So he said to him, “What

is your name?” And he said, “Jacob.” Then the man said, “You shall no longer be

called Jacob, but Israel, for you have s triven with God... and have prevailed.”

What is Element: Element is ministry that has been created specifically for the 6th-8th graders in our churches!  Element is a joining of Confirmation and Jr High Fusion Youth: the best of both worlds.  Learning the elements of your faith in a fun and engaging space!  Bring a bible and a friend or two!

Our goal is to teach the 6th-8th graders to learn and experience the elements of a Christian life.  To believe, know and experience God, connect with others, serve others in love and live out our faith daily!

It is held at First Lutheran Church 6:30-8:00pm on wed nights.
